  The receptionists at this surgery are just dreadful. Rude, abrupt and unwelcoming and make you feel like a nuisance. The GPS aren't much better, one lady doctor asked me what the problem was and when I proceeded to tell her there were a couple of things she told me that I would need to be quick as there were other patients to see. Well of course I felt so put off by this that I left quickly without having discussed my concerns. Totally thoughtless and poor service. I understand that they are under time pressures but this is not good.
